Hillsborough Residence
Finish process to compliment the natural color and control pitch problems associated with old pine: 2 coats of amber shellac, 2 coats sanding sealer, 1 glaze coat to moderate the color differences in the wood and accentuate depth of molding contours; final coat of clear lacquer.

4'0' x 8'0' mahogany solids and veneers. Arch mouldings inside and out. Storm door with closer. Main door with bronze interlocking threshold over Ipe door sill. Delivered stained with door spar varnish and painted interior. Installed in existing stone opening.
